TIPS ON BALANCE DIET

Fruits and Vegetables are very important for healthy diet.I highly recommend Vegetables and fruits for a balance diet. I enjoy preparing my meals with vegetables because I have noticed I hadly fall sick .As a model and beauty consultant, It is necessary to look good.  Like the saying goes, Helath is wealth. Fresh, filling and heart-healthy, fruits and vegetables are an important part of your overall healthy eating plan. They are high in vitamins, minerals and fiber and low in fat and calories.
