Sleep is very important in order to maintain a healthy life style!

Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. 

Adequate sleep and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more. 

Good night sleep can help  you improve your memory, live longer, spur creativity and so many positive attributes to a sound sleep.

I highly recommend 8 hours minimum every night for adequate rest.
